Mowing your new Turf

2-4 weeks after the lawn has been laid, check to see if the roots are established in the ground.

You can do this by trying to lift a few of the slabs, if the slabs do not move than you should be able to give the grass a light mow. DO NOT scalp the grass, at any stage of its development as it will weaken the turf. Once the turf is well established, mow every 5-10 days throughout the hot months and 3-6 weeks during cold months. Regular mowing will promote a healthy lush green lawn.

Do not mow more than ⅓ of the length of grass each mow.
